This Cookie Policy explains how NDI Studio Informatikai Kft. (“NDI Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on websites operated in connection with Collsta, including collsta.com (the “Website”).

This Cookie Policy should be read together with the Collsta Privacy Policy.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files that a website may store on your computer, phone, tablet, or other device when you visit the website.

Cookies may be temporary and deleted when you close your browser, or persistent and remain on your device for a defined period.

Cookies may be set directly by the website you visit (“first-party cookies”) or by another service used by that website (“third-party cookies”).

Similar technologies, such as local storage or other browser storage, may perform comparable functions.

3. CURRENT USE OF COOKIES BY COLLSTA

At the date of this Cookie Policy, the Collsta Website does not use cookies or similar browser technologies for:

advertising;
targeted advertising;
behavioural advertising;
user profiling for advertising;
marketing tracking; or
website analytics.

Google Analytics is not currently active on the Website.

Google Search Console may be introduced or used for search-performance and website-indexing purposes. Search Console itself does not require Collsta to place analytics or advertising cookies on visitors’ devices merely because the Website is verified with or monitored through Search Console.

The current Collsta email-verification web page does not use analytics, tracking scripts, advertising technologies, external scripts, or tracking pixels.

The Collsta mobile application does not rely on browser cookies for its normal Collsta authentication session. Mobile authentication is handled through application authentication mechanisms rather than a conventional website cookie session.

4. STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES

The Collsta Website may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent technical storage where required to provide a feature explicitly requested by the user, maintain security, prevent abuse, process a form, preserve a user-selected security state, or support an authenticated web function.

For example, Collsta’s planned web-based account deletion functionality may require strictly necessary technical storage depending on its final implementation.

Strictly necessary cookies are not used for advertising, analytics, or behavioural tracking.

Under applicable EU rules, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide an online service explicitly requested by the user generally do not require prior consent.

If Collsta introduces a strictly necessary cookie, this Cookie Policy will be updated to describe its purpose and applicable retention period where required.

5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Google Analytics is planned for future use but is not currently active on the Website.

Before Google Analytics or another non-essential analytics technology is activated, Collsta will update this Cookie Policy and the Collsta Privacy Policy as necessary and will implement an appropriate consent mechanism where required by applicable law.

Where consent is required:

analytics cookies or similar technologies will not be activated before consent;
users will be able to accept or refuse the relevant analytics category;
the purpose of the analytics processing will be explained;
relevant provider and retention information will be disclosed; and
users will be able to withdraw consent.

6. GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE

Collsta may use Google Search Console to understand how the Website appears and performs in Google Search, identify indexing or technical issues, and improve search visibility.

Search Console is a website-owner tool and is not intended to be used by Collsta for behavioural advertising or individual visitor profiling.

If any future Search Console-related implementation introduces additional client-side technology or personal-data processing beyond the normal operation described here, this Cookie Policy and the Collsta Privacy Policy will be updated where required.

7. ADVERTISING AND MARKETING COOKIES

Collsta does not currently use advertising, behavioural advertising, remarketing, or marketing cookies.

If advertising or marketing technologies are introduced in the future, this Cookie Policy and the Collsta Privacy Policy will be updated before such processing begins.

Where applicable law requires consent, advertising or marketing cookies will not be placed or activated before valid consent has been obtained.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Collsta may provide links to third-party websites or allow users to interact with third-party services, including Google and Apple authentication services.

Those third parties may use cookies or similar technologies in environments they operate or control. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply to those technologies.

Collsta does not control cookies set directly by independent third-party websites after you leave the Collsta Website.

9. EMAIL VERIFICATION LINKS

Collsta may use a web page on collsta.com to help users open an email-verification link in the Collsta application.

The verification token is designed to be handled through the URL fragment and client-side page logic rather than being used for analytics or advertising purposes.

The email-verification page does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. SERVER LOGS ARE NOT COOKIES

When you visit the Collsta Website, the web server may automatically create technical server logs, for example containing an IP address, request date and time, requested resource, response status, and other technical information.

Server logs are not cookies stored on your device.

Information about server logs, their purposes, and retention is provided in the Collsta Privacy Policy.

Because Collsta does not currently use non-essential analytics, advertising, marketing, or tracking cookies on the Website, Collsta does not currently require visitors to accept such cookies in order to use the Website.

If we introduce cookies or similar technologies that require consent, including Google Analytics where applicable, we will implement an appropriate consent mechanism before activating those technologies.

Where consent is required:

non-essential cookies will not be activated before consent;
users will be able to accept or refuse relevant categories;
consent will be specific and informed; and
withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it.

12. MANAGING COOKIES IN YOUR BROWSER

Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies through their settings.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies, if any are introduced, may prevent certain requested website functions from operating correctly.

Browser settings do not replace any consent controls that Collsta may be legally required to provide for non-essential cookies.

We may update this Cookie Policy if the Website changes or if we introduce new cookies, analytics, advertising, authentication, security, or other browser technologies.

If a future change requires user consent, the relevant technology will not be activated before the required consent mechanism is in place.

The effective date shown at the top of this Cookie Policy identifies the current version.
